🧑 Customer

A person who buys goods or services from a business.

Customer

Someone walks into a store, selects merchandise, and pays for it. That person is a customer. The relationship may last only for a single transaction or extend across years of repeat visits.

Retailers exist to serve customers. Understanding their preferences, budgets, and frustrations shapes assortment, pricing, staffing, and store design. A customer can be an individual shopper or a business buying on behalf of an organization. In every case the customer supplies the revenue that keeps the retailer operating.

Treating customers fairly and consistently builds the reputation that brings them back. Poor treatment sends them to competitors, often permanently. The simple fact of a customer completing a purchase is the fundamental event of retail.

Without customers there is no store.

Description is blank and the category says robotics. Customer is a business concept not a robotics one.

Empty description again. This site has several pages with missing content and odd categorizations.
