A sexual fantasy is a mental scene that stirs arousal. It can be a memory with the boring parts cut. It can be a plot you would never want on a real floor. The brain is a cheap special-effects studio and it does not file permits.

Sharing a fantasy is intimate and optional. Some fantasies stay hotter if they never leave the head. Some get better when a partner plays along inside clear limits. A fantasy about force, for example, is not permission to skip consent in the room. Consensual scenes can echo the flavor without copying the harm.

Guilt about content is common and often inherited. If a fantasy targets people who cannot consent, do not rehearse it in the real world, and consider help if it is intrusive and unwanted.
