Voyeurism is arousal from watching others undress or have sex. In a consented setting that can mean a partner who likes an audience, a club with rules, or erotic film the performers agreed to make. The gaze is the engine.
Watching people who did not agree, through windows or in locker rooms, is a violation and often a crime. Hidden cameras in private spaces sit in the same category. Fantasy about being unseen does not grant rights to actual strangers.
Couples can ritualize watching each other with a mirror or a chair in the corner. That works when the person being watched can stop the show. If they freeze and smile, check in with words.
Recordings outlive the mood that made them. Agree about storage or do not press record.
