Orgasm is the peak where tension lets go in rhythmic contractions and a flood of sensation. Breathing changes. Toes may cramp. A laugh or a curse may come out without permission. Afterward the body often wants stillness or water or both.
It is not owed to anyone and it is not the only point of sex. People fake it to end a scene that has gone on too long. That habit trains partners on bad maps. A kinder exit is to say you are done.
Some orgasms are small and local. Some run through the whole torso. Medication, stress, and spectatoring in your own head can push them out of reach. Practice and better stimulation bring many of them back. Not all.
If you have never had one, you are allowed help, toys, and time. You are also allowed a life that is not organized around the hunt.
