Vac-U-Lock is a modular socket system. A plug on a harness, handle, or machine clicks into a well in the base of a compatible dildo. One harness can then run a drawer of shafts without fighting O-ring sizes.

The seal is a ribbed plug, not magic vacuum in daily use. It holds well if both parts are clean and undistorted. Cheap clone sockets strip. Official and well-made third-party pieces last if you do not crank them at an angle under a machine’s torque.

Wash the well. Grit in the socket is how a shaft starts to wobble. Some users put a drop of water-based lube on the plug for easier docking; too much and the shaft twists. Dry storage so the well does not stay wet.

• A locking accessory collar helps on machines.
• Inspect the well for tears in silicone.
