Nipple clamps bite. Spring clamps give a fixed pinch. Screw clamps let you sneak up on the pressure. Pads or rubber tips spread the load; bare metal teeth are a different sport and not a starting point.
Time is part of the sensation. Blood restriction makes removal throb. That throb is expected. Numbness that feels like the nipple has left the building is not. Take them off, warm the tissue with a hand, and wait before you decide a tighter setting is a good idea.
A chain between clamps adds pull when the wearer moves. Tug only if that was requested. Do not attach nipple clamps to a ceiling ring and then leave the room. Skin tears are a poor souvenir.
Application
- Place on the areola and nipple together for a broader pinch, or on the nipple alone for a sharper one.
- Avoid broken skin and fresh piercings unless a piercer has said otherwise.
- Clean tips after use.
- If you use weights, add them after the clamp is seated, not before.
